Pyramid Flooring Systems

I liked with working with Pyramid until the installation of the vinyl plank floors. The bid was for our upstairs area including the bathroom. I agreed to bid but the installer refused to do the bathroom. He stated our bid wasnt accurate to include the bathroom. I tried to get in touch with owner but kept being intercepted by manager. My bathroom never got done. They refused to do it. It was terrible customer service. I am not happy with this company at all.

Kerry, the owner, was fantastic to work with and very professional. Alfredo and his crew worked quickly and left my home spotless when they finished. The product installed was both attractive and competitively priced. Why go anywhere else for flooring? They will always have my business.

Kerry, Nathan, AJ and team did a great job with the reflooring project in one of our rentals. The waterproof woodgrain laminate they recommended looks excellent. Our tenants appreciate, especially, that the material is safe and formaldehyde-, pvc-, and phthalates-free. They do quality work and are on schedule. Pyramid did a neat job installing carpet on my steps and living area.  Changing the edging strips to silver (from gold) was a nice finishing touch that I hadn't thought of.  Just be sure everyone involved knows exactly what you want.
