We chose Jennie Bretschneider, owner of Davis Wills & Trusts, to update our older Revocable Trust when our children were young.  Now with grandchildren part of the family  we wanted to include them in our Trust and also ensure all current laws and tax issues are properly included. Our first meeting was sharing our wishes regarding laws and taxes. Jennie was very creative when designing our 'restated' Trust.  She presented various options for distribution that created Trusts that encompassed current  laws and perfectly matched our desires.  Jennie is the ultimate professional and explains in layman's terms each part of the Trust and Wills.  We highly recommend Jennie.
