Well, it's been awhile since I've been there, but this is where I got my start. Great warm and welcoming group. I'm going back today to enhance my meditation by doing it in the presence of the wonderful Sangha (which means the practicing group of folks). Very excited . Come experience bliss, but beware of your monkey mind!
Just got back from the meditation . So good to be back! Come join me and the Sangha. Remember peace & love? Well, the group is sending out loving kindness everywhere!

I came here for a free meditation session and the people here were very welcoming and informative.  The man leading the meditation session taught the newbies about how to look @ meditation and we took turns reading passages in a book regarding meditation in between our few minutes of silence.  It was my first time doing open-eyed meditation. There was also a woman there who made pretty and intricate flower arrangements.  I thought they were lovely. But anyway-They offer a good number of different classes in which you can attend and they have a lot of information about retreats you can also sign up for.  Meditation has really changed the way I've looked @ my own life and I think it's worth taking a look @ this place if you are a novice or master in meditation.
