        Bait and switch, the show room apartment looks nothing like the actual units, the actual units are in varying states of disrepair and in unacceptable condition. I get the feeling the property management company is owned by slumlords just looking to extract money from desperate UC Davis students who have pets.

        Do not stay here no matter what your options are. They are attempting to extort me for 10k after making me and my cat live in moldy conditions for two weeks. It was in uninhabitable conditions with constant water leaks and they ignored my concerns until I was forced to leave. Go to my yelp review for more detail and videos of the conditions.
