The landlord of this place was available 3 hours a day, was very dismissive, and when our bikes were stolen from our backyard and we told her she yelled at us saying how dare we insinuate this apartment complex was unsafe. Weirdest part was noone else was in the room. Oh also she straight up lost our lease. If you want a landlord who doesn't even do annual inspections and just collects money, this is the place to live.

Really spacious townhomes, We live in a 3 bed here. (Review reflects on their layout) They also have 2bds They have Beautiful sunrooms! My houseplants thrived in ours! Nice spacious back patio! - room for table/ chairs/ small bbq and plants! The sun room windows are Also an Excellent natural light source for the main house and I believe it helps with maintaining temp in the downstairs (: Lots of closet space for storage throughout the unit! The Manager Sherri and the other girl that works here, Hannah are really friendly and responsive to text if anything comes up! Lots of students here but we love living here as a young working couple! It's a Really quiet complex in a quiet part of town, we've rarely heard our neighbours! Double sinks upstairs! - love that we can both get ready in a hurry! There's also a pool (recently resurfaced) and hot tub (: They allow adult dogs for a deposit and there's a lot of great bike paths to run / bike and exercise you/ your pet on (:  - I've also seen cats in many others houses! It's also close to trader joes and west lake market for shopping! Parking is by permit, the side of the lot by the 3 beds is probably the most full, I've only struggled to find a space to park once when I got home really late, generally parking is never an issue! And there's extra room for street parking Rent is paid by check on the first of the month, I believe that's the main method they accept as payment! Overall I think it's a great place to rent in Davis

Sherri, the manager, is a rude alcoholic. I'm unsure how she's maintained her job given her abrasive and erratic behavior. I would not recommend long term living in this unneighborly complex.The ONLY good thing about this place is the maintenance staff is very friendly. At times it's easier to go directly to them to solve an issue when Sherri is giving attitude in person or via email.
