Marques helped me sell a condo in San Ramon in 2013- it was a stressful situation for me personally, however, Marques was the kind voice of reason and calm throughout the whole process (including helping me navigate the eviction process of TERRIBLE renters). In January of 2016, my husband and I decided to sell in San Ramon and buy in Walnut Creek. Marques again proved to be a masterful captain for us. Marques is hyper aware of local market conditions/trends and graciously offered suggestions and reasoning as we contemplated "when to sell". With his timing and strategy, our home sold for an unprecedented amount for the neighborhood and model. WOW! In the midst of the sale process, we began diligently looking for a new home to buy. As we looked, Marques always seemed to ask us the right questions at the right time so we considered each home objectively and realistically. Marques found us our forever home in a highly competitive sellers market. We still can't believe how it all worked out. We wouldn't have gotten this without a smart and savvy agent leading the way. We felt so at ease and confident making decisions with him and his team. They are all prompt, respectful, courteous and overall nice people. We always felt informed and in the loop. During the stressful 'offer' days, Marques communicated regularly with updates keeping our emotions at ease. He explains everything in a concise, digestible manner. He answers calls and texts promptly. And he has a wonderfully kind and funny demeanor. Honestly, he made the whole process enjoyable. My husband and I actually enjoyed the crazy ride of buying and selling in a matter of 3 months because we had Marques Buck on our team. He's awesome.

Marques is the best! He helped us to get our first house in the US during a special time of covid-19. He was professional and responded very quickly all the time. We felt very supported the whole time. He knows the business in and out. Very highly recommended!!!
