If I could give negative stars I would. As other reviewers have stated, Jackie and John Howe are rude, unprofessional and a complete embarrassment to represent any homeowner community. No one should have to deal with them, you won't get anything resolved and they will gaslight you and make you the problem. If you see that they manage the area you are thinking about purchasing your home, RUN! Literally the worst business I have ever had to deal with.

Jackie Howe is the most unprofessional, disrespectful and rude person.Her attitude is a huge drawback for Howe Association management.She is been kicked off by some housing communities for the same reason. Does she want to close her business?As others reviewed she thinks she owns the houses but never thinks she is getting paid by homeowners

If I could give no stars I would!!! Howe Association Management is a HORRIBLE property management company. This company, and especially the Owner/President (?) deserves all the negative reviews that you have probably read on other sites including Google and Yelp. From my own experience with this property management company, they have been divisive, unprofessional, abusive, arrogant, and manipulative (to name a few). If you are unfortunate to live in a neighborhood managed by this company, I am sorry and good luck.

I have lived at my property for almost 50 years, and Howe just does not get the job done. Maintenance is deferred, and their first response to any problem is to blame the homeowner. A disposal pipe burst recently which ran from the 3rd floor down into the storage locker area, flooding several lockers and damaging property therein. When we homeowners asked for some help, we were told that "the pipe is in your locker"...so it was not deemed to be their responsibility. This is their TYPICAL response.Hire them at your own risk...you will be sorry.
