I don't know where to start in reviewing George... how do you double the best possible review you could give someone?  We quickly closed on our ideal home in February which I truly do not think would have happened without George and his team. George worked on getting answers to my (many!) questions often before I could even ask them and worked diligently with my husband and I to ensure we put our best foot forward... making our offer ultra competitive with unbeatable terms and an extremely quick close, all working within our parameters and getting us an excellent rate, even with our less than typical factors as business owners.  Thanks to his flawless work we won out of 7 offers, even though we didn't start out with the highest offer.I can not say enough glowing things about working with George.  He just "gets it" and is always there to look out for you and make the best recommendations.   His knowledge, insight, work ethic, and responsiveness are  invaluable to any home buyer.

George and his team made our whole lending process extremely smooth. George provided regular updates for us so we could follow along with every step in the process. We relocated to CA and were referred to George by our real estate agent. I work in the mortgage lending space (I'm a former mortgage underwriter) and have high expectations relative to professionalism and the ability to execute and communicate throughout the loan process. Honestly, George and his team surpassed all my expectations. Their responsiveness and attention to detail could not have been better. George kept all parties to the transaction (including the listing agent) apprised of all updates and status which resulted in a smooth loan process from start to finish. Working with George's team mitigated the stress of purchasing a home in the crazy northern California market. I will be recommending George and team to co-workers and friends and I'm so pleased that I have an amazing loan broker "for life." If I could give an extra STAR to this review I would!
