Conor was fantastic. He was so patient helping me find my first home. He showed me so many properties. He was always super responsive and answered my gazillion questions. I was impressed because throughout the process he was very honest about which properties he thought were worth making an offer on and even expressed when he thought some properties wouldnt retain their value in this crazy market. I very much appreciated the honesty so I didnt overpay. I knew he always had my best interests at heart and would do right by me. Throughout closing he was great and we still communicate now. Would recommend him to anyone who asks!

I was very happy with my recent experience selling my rental home with Conor & Natalia. First, they did a great job informing me what needed to be done to the house to get it ready for listing and make the best first impression. They organized everything and I didn't have to go to the house once! The house got into contract in the first week on the market which is great in this slower market (Dec 2022) - we were expecting at least a few weeks! It was priced right and showed well. Once in contract, the buyer had several requests and Conor did a great job negotiating on our behalf and guiding us on when to give in and when to stand firm. We closed just 5 weeks after listing and got more than we expected! I highly recommend both of them for your real estate needs!

Thanks to Conor and Natalia I bought my first house. I was shopping for a house all over the East Bay during the second year of COVID-19 pandemic (2021), it was challenging because there were way more buyers than sellers, and there were no open houses because of the lockdown. Conor and Natalia adapted to my schedule and managed to schedule lots of showings for the houses which I was interested in. When the time came for making offers, Conor had good insight into the whole process and advised me on what may be a competitive offer. He has worked closely with my mortgage lender and stayed on top of things to make sure that the closing on the house was not delayed. Eventually, I did find a house that I was reasonably happy with and that I made a winning offer on and that I finally closed on. It was pleasure working with Conor and Natalia, I would hire them again if I'm ever on the market for a house.
