Channing is a consummate professional. We were impressed by her pricing strategy to get the most we could from the sale of our house, but also make sure we didn't sit on the market forever. She sold our house within 10 days of listing it. I was overwhelmed by the process (repairs/paint, estate sale, donations, moving and staging), and she handled all of it without breaking a sweat. She was very communicative and kept us apprised of all the details. She is one of the hardest workers I've ever seen, and was tireless throughout the process. She knows the market well, and does her research. We felt like we were in the very best hands with Channing, and highly recommend her.

Channing is a very knowledgeable and resourceful realtor. She has excellent taste and offers great suggestions to enhance the property and the listing. She provided so much information and was always available when we had questions or needed assistance. Even after our escrow closed, she was open to questions and helping us with needed information. We are using her for another property we have as well. I highly recommend Channing for your East Bay properties. In particular, she is very knowledgeable about the Tri-Valley communities.

We were introduced to Channing through friends after she sold their Danville home in 2022. We were very impressed when she helped us sell our home in Danville in the spring of 2023. We couldnt have asked for a better agent! Her response time was quick -we called in the AM and within hours- a professional book was prepared showing us local comps and strengths/improvements needed for our house to be competitive. When we interviewed Channing, we were most impressed with her demeanor- smart, professional and confident. She was friendly and fun too! She created marketing material on print and posted on social media. She reached out to her vast network of colleagues to get lots of showing booked. She attended both private showings as well as weekend open houses and help bring in a ton of potential buyers. Channing did an outstanding job with suggesting minor improvements as well as with staging. She was honest about our front door position and how it could reduce the numbers of offers we received, which was helpful to know and set expectations. She was always responsive and followed up so it was clear that buyers had a short deadline to deliver their offer in writing. With an organized calendar, we stayed on track and the process of - prep house, show house, review offers, and accept offer moved quickly. Within a couple of weeks, she exceeded our expectations and we have started a new exciting chapter of our own! She is smart, hard working, and made the process fun. It was our first home as a family and the first time we had to sell after 10 years of wonderful memories. When it was emotional or stressful, she listened and gave calm and direct feedback to ease our concerns. We started our house hunt in Tri-Valley area after getting a referral for Channing and in retrospect we now realize that was the best referral we ever received. Initially, we were not sure which area should we focus on with our budget in this competitive market. Channing helped us focus on the appropriate search area after carefully considering our preferences, goals, and budget. Channing is very well-versed in bay area as well as central valley including Tracy/Mountain House. We passed so many mornings and afternoons together looking for the right match spanning Dublin, Pleasanton, Livermore, and Mountain House. At the beginning we were outbid on several occasions in this sellers market. However, Channing kept our moral high and kept showing us houses, explaining pros and cons of each of them. Her expertise about the local market boosted our confidence at times when we thought of giving up. At the end this proved to be the catalyst in making a breakthrough and helped us get our first house! It was an off-market property. The elderly owners were the original ones who were moving out of state. They kept the house in a very good shape over the years. Channing helped us put a competitive offer which was accepted. If this property were to put on the market the price would have been much higher. Changing is very professional and is always reachable whenever we had any questions from the get-go till the closing. She is very well-equipped with all the knowledge required to handle complex cases. I would take her help in our future house hunts with full confidence. I would certainly recommend her to anyone looking for a partner in their house buying/selling process who is willing to go extra mile to make your life easier.
