Love everything in there. I used to love the Walnut Creek one growing up. Has nice kitchen stuff, cards, jewelry, and more. I went during a car show in the parking lot so I didn't spend a lot of time but looks like you could find a specialty gift for someone here or yourself.

I am not sure abt the customer service experience that others unfortunately experienced; my customer service experience was just ok...not awesome, but definitely not bad/off putting. What I am really pleased with is that I went to several stores looking for some nice paper/stationery to write a letter...(Hobby Lobby, Michael's, even ultimately checked Staples, Homegoods and Target). Much to my surprise, it wasn't easy to find! I am glad for a store like this that provided much needed variety in an age like we live in today. They had a line of stationery by Peter Pauper Press, which apparently is family owned AND quite beautiful/of nice quality at a price that isn't particularly unreasonable. The rest of the store also had a variety of items (some admittedly a bit pricey imo--but also SOME of that pricey stuff NOT made in China)...Overall, am glad I came across the store bc of the variety it provides in the present day market and am looking forward to going there as other needs arise. Am also looking forward to exploring the Walnut Creek location since it is said to be bigger/have more items/selections.

This is a much smaller store than Walnut Creek. I went in for holiday gifts and was disappointed with the small selection. Both locations are pricey.

Such a great store. It's a joy to browse through it and find lovely things to buy.

David M Brian has always been my go to store if I want a nice gift! Their inventory is fabulous and I always find something I love. I also like the fact that a lot of the customer service folks are older and have been at this store for many years. They are so eager to help
