        My ONLY option was self check out. I do not work at CVS. I should not have to check myself out because CVS is too cheap to hire enough workers to do the job. Walgreens is across the street and THEY have people to check me out. Walgreens will be my choice from now on.

        Really has to be one of the worst CVS experiences Ive ever had. Nobody to assist you when the machine requires an attendant to finish purchasing some items. Try to use coupons, machine wont allow you to insert them prompting you to call for help that never comes. The single employee at the register sees youre in need of help and couldnt be bothered to move. Absolutely unacceptable experience - better off never going again to spare myself the 30 minute ordeal.

        Pharmacy isn't designed for a great customer experience - lines are long, expect to wait in multiple lines and do lots of paperwork if your insurance changed, prescriptions aren't always ready as indicated, and pharmacy hours aren't the same as the CVS Pharmacy Store. Costco or online prescriptions are much easier.
