Tri-Valley Carpet Care

I chose this company because they are a locally owned and operated business. They did not disappoint. I was in crisis after my toddler Sharpied all over my house including a couch that was less than a year old. I called Nick at TVCC with some hope he could help me. I immediately felt his empathy for my situation even though he couldnt promise that he could get the stains out. I was ready to give it a shot, and Nick was prompt and professional when he arrived at my house. He totally over delivered and got 90% of the stains out snd I am thrilled with the result. I would recommend them to anyone!

I  was disappointed in the cleaning results of TriValley Carpet Care. The service technician who came to my house was very professional upfront and talked a good story about the business of cleaning and sanitizing, but when it was all said and done my carpet did not look any better. There were a few large spots that I pointed out at the beginning of the cleaning process and the technician informed me that he would be able to remove them. Unfortunately, when the job was complete the staines were still there and my carpet was extremely wet. I ended up removing the spots myself with a simple can of carpet cleaning foam and vacuum.  Also, beware some of the marketing/advertising techniques used to attract customers especially during the Pandemic are questionable. This company would lead you to believe that having your carpet cleaned can prevent the spread of the Covid virus which is not true.  I do not recommend TriValley Carpet Care cleaning business. Great job from start to finish. Nick was responsive to my initial call. His estimate was fair. His follow-up leading to the appointment was reassuring. His arrival was 3 minutes early (not everything was perfect!). He assessed the job and updated the estimate which was still fair. He was quick but thorough. Got stains out, warned of areas that would dry more slowly and his time estimates for completely dry were dead on. Can't recommend him highly enough.

Nick is professional and very on-the-ball with response time. He's a really helpful guy and will make sure that you're getting the services you need, when you need them. I've used him twice now for carpet cleaning and love the results I get. Everything smells great and looks good as new. I plan on using Tri-Valley Carpet Care again soon!
