The Brow Studio & Academy

I am thrilled with results for brows and lips done at The Brow Studio and Academy. The studio itself is immaculate and Cecilia did a great job of answering my questions and going over much needed information. I was sent home with supplies needed for follow-up as well as emailed directions for post-care. My brows were almost nonexistent and now I have natural looking brows. Cecilia also took her time to select the correct shades for both brows and lips. Should you choose to have procedures done, You should seriously consider this Academy.

I had the pleasure of getting my eyebrows nano-bladed by Tamara, and I must say, the experience was exceptional. Tamara's expertise and professionalism were evident from the moment I stepped into studio. She took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and provided valuable insights based on her extensive knowledge. Her meticulous approach and attention to detail during the nano-blading process were truly impressive. Not only did she create beautifully shaped eyebrows for me, but she also ensured that I was comfortable throughout the entire procedure. I highly recommend Tamara. Her skillset, combined with her friendly demeanor, made the entire experience top-notch. I couldn't be happier with the results, and I'm confident that anyone who chooses Tamara will be equally satisfied.

Edit: I'm truly sorry you need 3 times to figure your professionalism out before writing a salty reply. Since I'm here, your office asking me the same day of my appointment to reschedule was unprofessional. Tamara not even reviewing the detailed information I typed in preparation for my appointment was unprofessional. Everyone's time could have been better utilized if you read what I wrote. You failed multiple times and the red flags are more than enough. Just be better, that simple. I'll see you on Yelp. Unfortunately, the most unprofessional consultation I have ever had. Tamara calls me through Whatsapp (never was notified it would be through that platform, taking me by surprise). I had to ask three distinct times her experience with microblading removal on darker skin types. She. Would. Not. Answer. The. Question. Instead, she shows a photo of a 60+ year old, Fitzpatrick 1 woman with a non-impressive eyebrow removal procedure with no context for how many sessions. I do not fit this demographic. This prompted me to end the call after 5 minutes, as she was wasting my time. The owner requests I call her. I do. Three times. She doesn't answer the phone. It goes without saying to please proceed with caution.
