Jeff Evans had been a friendly knowledgeable professional private client banker. However, after he left Chase Blackhawk branch for another bank, this place went south cuz the people there are just rude, especially the manager (Mike or Michael)...unfortunately & regretfull.

I went to this bank today unfortunately! The Manager (a gentleman) of this location behaved extremely rude and unprofessional! without taking the time to try to serve the customer.. Its very sad to see what kind of people gets these positions!!

I recently took out another commercial  loan with Chase Bank and had great difficulty with their call center on some minor details. Needless to say I was very displeased and utterly frustrated. I decided it would be best to visit the Chase branch near my house to take care of the issues . While there I was lucky enough to have the branch manager Michael Beauchamp take care of the problem for me. Thanks again Michael, you were a breath of fresh air and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend this branch for banking needs.
