        I bought tires back in early October and immediately filed for a mail-in rebate. As of March, no rebate. Every time you contact Big O, they tell you that they have your paper work and that you will receive your rebate in "3 to 4 weeks." When nothing arrives, you check in again and Big O tells you again that you will receive your rebate in "3 to 4 weeks." For the last 3 months, I have been 3 to 4 weeks away from my rebate. Time to do a charge back on my credit card. This is a horrible company. All canned email responses.

        Polite efficient service for the 6 month tire rotation. (Previously: Excellent phone and text communication. Vic Nava made sure I know to rotate tires free regularly. (Sailuns for my 4.6 year old Tesla M3 warranted 55,000 miles if I do so) + 2 free alignments in first 6 months. Free puncture repair.) Really good experience in this quiet corner of Danville. Convenient too.

        They took my mustang in same day with no appointment and finished installing neww spark plus in it before days end. Very diligent with answering the phone and they will work to give you the best options and prices for what you need. Just moved here across country and will be using them again

      We’re sorry you haven’t received your manufacturer rebate. That’s unfortunate you will be doing a charge back to hurt the business and not the company who’s failing to deliver the rebate on time.
