        We set 2 appointments and they did not call to tell us that they couldnt make the 1st one, then for the 2nd appointment, they did not call to tell us they were going to be 2-3 hours late. On both occasions we had to call them asking where they were. Very unprofessional We told them to pound sand!

      • I was very impressed. He came on time, was very courteous and did a great job on my carpets. Our carpet looked great after they were done. I will hire them again.
