Anila is one of the most intelligent, thoughtful and wonderful people I have ever had the pleasure of working with! She goes above and beyond in her job, Making sure that I was informed of everything at every step of the way. She was also patient in that my process was longer than most, but she stuck with it as I navigated the competitive LA real estate market and she helped orchestrate such a seamless and smooth real estate transaction. Even having the other realtor sing her praises, saying in the realtor's 40 years in real estate in LA, no deal has ever gone as smoothly and things ready as my transaction. She was able to put financing together in such an incredible way that my offer was accepted vs. offers with 200K more + cash.
