On a personal level, I never even knew I had that many options on insurance plans. We are new to Dana Point from out of state and found this Farmers branch when learned Costco no longer serves new insurance customers in California. I worked mostly with Jackie and she was phenomenal in getting us set up with home insurance and also car insurance so we could get the bundle price. She was especially helpful in navigating the bureaucracy at the underwriter level. We have only been customers for two months but, so far, highly recommend this place.

Alina has been a blessing to me. My daughter lives in LA and we are in CT. She has been extremely helpful in making sure we have a positive experience since we first started doing business in 2019. Even though my daughter is an adult, Alina has navigated us through an accident claim and I have felt that she has our back throughout the process. She is a true professional and a caring person!!
