I was about to sign her $3,500 legal agreement and I asked if I could be updated weekly on the status of our case because I understand one of the hardest things is to contact and get updates from most lawyers.  I requested it to AVOID having to bug her!  Her reply was:  NO, she does not have an obligation to provide updates as long as she communicates completion of task and relevant status.  Communication is at her discretion.  Finally, she was not willing to further discuss this issue in the future. I am sooooo glad she expressed this before I gave her my hard earned $3,500 for which I had no idea when or if I would hear from her again.  So typical of lawyers I want nothing to do with EVER.  THANK GOD SHE SHOWED HER HANDS THEN!!!  I would NOT RECOMMEND her to ANYONE!  Move forward with care!!!!

Kiran is an amazing lawyer.  With her help, my husband's IR1 visa and green card were approved!  If you are looking for an immigration lawyer, I highly recommend Kiran.  She works incredibly hard for her clients, and I have no doubt she will do everything in her power to ensure a positive outcome for you too.
