Pacific Cleaners

Went to pick up my dry cleaning. The place is closed, there is a note with new updated hours Monday through Friday 8 am to 4 pm, and Saturday 10 am to 3 pm. It is 1:15 pm on Monday and nobody is here.There are two notes left from customers who were not able to pick up their clothes. One note indicated the person came by 5 times, the other person came by twice.Before, I finished this review three other customers stopped by hoping the place to be open.I called Pacific Cleaners and it's just keep ringing, there is no voicemail set up.I recognize, these are challenging times for business but you could have a forwarding number when a customer calls, or an email address, and the date you are anticipating to open. Is this really too much to ask?

I was charged 21 $ plus tax for tailoring my shirt and it still was not fixed the day after when I brought my shirt back to ask them to remeasure it and fix it according she told me it will cost 25 more dollars, I m not happy with the service and the way they treat their costumers

We have regularly used Pacific Cleaners for over ten years.  Our clothes are always spotless and beautifully pressed.  We also recommend them for alterations.  They are reasonably priced and very friendly to their customers.
