I cant say enough amazing things about the team with Rachel Levine Photography!! Leza was our saving grace for our wedding, it was raining and we planned to have our ceremony at Muir Woods, however it didnt stop pouring. We needed a plan B, and Leza helped us in finding the Spinnaker to hold our ceremony at! My husband and I already plan on going back to the Spinnaker for our anniversaries and someday taking our children there, it was a magical moment. I'm so lucky that everything worked out and we will be coming back to renew our vows with Rachel Levine photography! Kacey was our photographer and I couldnt have been more thankful for her creativity in capturing our special day! When I showed the photos of our wedding with my friends and family they were speechless at how beautifully the pictures were captured in the moment! Drake was our videographer and when my husband and I watched our wedding video for the first time it brought tears to our eyes! It was truly magical and more than I could ever imagine on my wedding day! It was raining but there was a serenity about that day that filled our hearts with love as we start our journey of marriage! Highly recommend Rachel Levine and her team if you are looking to elope, this was the best decision we ever made! (I am in LOVE with our photos!) Thank you so much!

Rachel and her team are awesome. First, they are accommodating , I asked for a special fit of our time they are flexible for us in location and time. Rachel gave very good advices , she provide officiate service , hair and make up , it would be very helpful if u planned to wake up early like 5/6 am and wanted to catch the city hall open at 8 am. At first I was just looking for photographer, but I was impressed that they offer more than just the basic and deliver beyond the basic. Their price is very reasonable , and never greedy. They charge me by hour, and I adjusted according to my budget and needs , and they never made me feel bad about my low budget. The photography Kasey was awesome, I was impressed that she fixed the dress and ran up and down so quick to make so many spectacular angle of the sf city hall grand staircase. She was also very cheerful and effective . We spent two hours in city hall and she covered them all. The wedding day in city hall was busy and would be rush. But I never felt difficult with the guiding from Rachel and her team . I will recommend them again and hire again for any important event.

From start to finish working with them was incredible. Rachel made everything so easy and stress free. My makeup and hair artist was Nora and she did amazing and exactly what I asked for. I was a little nervous since we didnt have a trial but she nailed it! Our photographer was Laura and she was so easy to work with. She made sure my husband and I both felt comfortable. She made the experience fun and stress free. The pictures turned out amazing. Conrad was our officiant and he had the best vows. I cant thank yall enough for making our day perfect!!

Rachel Levine photo and her team are simply incredible! They are responsive, professional, timely, and most of all KIND. I initially had a phone meeting with Rachel for my questions and concerns and she was incredibly helpful and supportive with everything. She made me feel reassured when my feelings were flying everywhere. Her and her wonderful team were always there for me, super attentive and responded right away to my requests. They accommodated every request and offered suggestions. They respected my ideas and vision and honored that to give me the perfect day. They provided me with everything I needed from my wedding bouquet, hair and makeup to even an officiant. My wedding day turned out better than I could have imagined! They made the planning process so seamless that I could actually enjoy my day!

Customer service: 10/10 Wedding images: 6/10 Preset: 10/10 Before I book with Rachel, I heard amazing review. I loved the work. Rachel was very helpful and such a sweetheart when I was booking with her. Leza was my wedding planner. She was nice and helpful when needed. On the day of my wedding, everything was very smooth. Mikaela was my photographer. She was the sweetest person ever. She did an amazing job. She show us like little preview on her camera. It was amazing. I am photographer myself, I support everyone works. I understand the process on the day of my wedding and the editing process. My image did take almost 5 weeks to done. I ask for a updated on them. Rachel was helpful about it. When I got my images, I love the presets and some of the images but my images had people in the background when me and my husband took pictures downstairs at the city hall and at the fine arts. I understand when its crowd, you have to be on top of the shoot. I been there myself when it came to weddings and other shoots I did. I was not please with that. I respond right away to leza about the situation. She was making sure it will get fixed. I hate bugging people when there is a mistake on something because i didnt want to be that client. I waited for a respond within the 2 weeks because I know the process when it comes to fixing my images. So i decided send a message fot an updated. I didn't wanted to be that client to bug right away and make sure it gets fixed. I know the feeling. I always made sure as photographer to think of the client on how they want their images. The editor didn't do that. The editor did amazing job at the preset of my images I love that part. I feel my wedding image werent giving me the quality images i paid for. The presets on my images were beautiful.
