I tried to made Intl flight reservation with customer svc rep ( refused give name ) march 28th .He gave me price $1565 less than $35 from online prices. he refused give $200 their company approved voucher booked from previous booking. His explanation is $200 voucher only honer when you book business class only. mean while its specificaly written that, this voucher could use Economy,First class and business class , and i forward to him those information . he refused talk to supervisor or any other person . I believe they are not professional and honest customer svc . I rather to give to them NO STAR.
