        Unbelievable rude service!!! I came in to return an item and accidentally used a credit card didn't match the original receipt. I'm still in shock that store manager YinYin yelled at me in front of everyone because of that. Can't believe the store is managed by someone who is this unprofessional! I would like to bring this to the owner's attention, your store manager needs to be replaced or train her adequate customer service.

        Customer service is not pleasant more like You see what you get attitude no extra effort to meet my type of shoe which I seek. I felt unsatisfied and unpleasant and they have no desire to seek to help any ways to offer me. Im very disappointed cause I visited before had a pleasant visit and bought shoes in my needs which I seek.
