The worst pickup location ever. The lady told me to go and rummage through packages for my own. Then she didnt even check my id to confirm I am picking up my own thing. Please UPS do not use this pickup location

UPS, please remove your access point from this location. Before you can pick up your package, you must wait for everyone in line to cash their checks. Each check seemed to take about 15 minutes, so with four people in line each with their own stacks of checks, this can be a lengthy process.
They are not willing to multi-task and will not get you your package (stacked behind them) even though much of the check cashing process seems to involve a waiting period while it processes.
I would rather take my chances with the porch pirates or drive farther away than use this location. I ended up leaving and will have to re order my item. This was not helpful

They need to update their hours. The dude working behind counter is pretty bad but I guess that's why they work there

Was just there at 11am and its not even open when the sign posted says it's open 10-7pm. I would understand if they're on a lunch break but the lights are all off and everything. Doesn't look like a single person has walked in all day. Horrible and so inconvenient to guests to not have accurate hours posted
