Kevin Cruz was advertised to me as someone who is a closer as well as someone with serious connections around the bay and even further if needed. Definitely delivered on that claim. I was personally taken aback by how many of the other agents he knew and how quickly he was able to put the deal together for me on numerous houses. All in all 5 star cut to the point service.
