Just closed my refinance with Arton and loan factory. Arton gave me the best rates and updated with daily lender credits and locked me on the day when the credits were enough to cover the closing costs. I bounced to another lender during the process who offered me better deal which was a lie and waste of my time but Arton continued to help me. Arton was very straightforward in his conversations, explained me the loan details with a lot of patience. With Arton it was the best experience even when compared to past refinances.
