        For as long as I can remember, my parents have handled their insurance through Christ Santos' branch of Farmer's. Joanna is very helpful and informative, I don't think I'd trust anyone else with my insurance. She remembers personal details about my plan and preferences, which she easily recalls any time I have a question. I normally just call in to make my payments and they send me my receipt via email. Very convenient!
