Reina was very efficient from beginning to end. She always explained the process clearly which was very easy to understand. She was excellent in handling the sellers side and very good in negotiation. I would highly recommend Reina to friends and family and she will also be my realtor the next time I buy or sell my house. So, where do I begin? As a first time home buyer, I didn't think I would be able to qualify for a home purchase. Reina gave me the encouragement and guidance I needed to take the first step of the home buying process, all the way until I got my home keys. She was honest, upfront, and found a property within my price range. I loved her professionalism, positive attitude, and negotiation skills. Best of all, I loved her attention to details. I definetely would work with her again.
