Odulio Jesus DDS

I went to this dentist years ago for basic dentistry because his location was close to my home. During my visit the dentist also covered his front desk because his office staff was gone which seemed strange. Dr Odulio told me I needed an urgent root canal during an exam & suggested he do it immediately & it would not take too long, even though I had no pain nor previous X-rays showing the need for the procedure, I believed & trusted his advice. Since I only took off work for the basic exam & I was not prepared for an extensive procedure, I called my job that the appointment time. Would take longer. Long story short, several hours later my jaw was extremely sore & I felt traumatized by how physically rough Dr Odulio was. Plus he left me in the chair while he saw another patient during my appointment. I never went back to him. Jump ahead a few years & I have had other dentists tell me the root canal wasnt done right by Odulio & that I should prepare for possible dental problems down the road. Now it turns out I may need an extraction because it was done wrong. Ive always felt Odulio may have wanted to charge my insurance for work I didnt need. I wish I had trusted my own instincts when the situation felt suspicious.

Needed wisdom tooth taken out , walked in , no appointment, took me in , no pain , no blood , no swelling , didnt feel a thing , in a jiffy . Best ever .

I'll admit, i almost never go to the dentist. Nearly once a decade. The service here, 5 stars. But Jesus was unprofessional in a voicemail he left me. I had a severe toothache that i was trying to hold off for 2 weeks when i had a personal holiday. It got so severe, i couldn't finish the work day and had not eaten in 2 days. Since Jesus was the only dentists I've ever been to, i called his office up asking for an urgent appointment. He called me back stating his assistant was out of town and his office was closed for 2 weeks. Understandable. But then he told me to go see the other dentist I've been seeing. If i had been seeing another dentist, don't you think i would have called them first? I called Jesus Odulio first because he was my dentist. I called about 2 weeks before and didn't even get a call back. Used the 800 number for dentists and found another dentist that had same day availability and i was back to work the next day after getting a wisdom tooth pulled.
