Got annoyed shopping here with my 5 month old. Associates walking around coughing without covering their mouth. Cashier ringing us up, coughing without covering their mouth or even a mask. Like come on, you're working at a baby store sick exposing babies who will come shop around here with their parents. Shaking my head.

My recent visit to Buy Buy Baby in Daly City followed our trip to the Zoo. The shopping center was tough to get into and parking was hard to find. Luckily for those expecting Mamas they have dedicated parking right up front! I parked by the opposite end of Target where we found 4 or 5 empty spaces.I was looking for baby items for my sister who is expecting a child in August and I was so impressed with the store. The selection of items was great and they had a great variety of both traditional and modern items. They're basically a specialty store full of all things an expecting parent (or someone with a young child) might want or need. Prices were very reasonable on most things as well. I would definitely recommend stopping in to anyone looking for baby items in the San Francisco area.

My experiences at this BuyBuy Baby are so different each time I go. Tough to say that there is any true consistency in the level of service I ever get here...BUT this time was DIFFERENT thanks to Brenda and Alex. First of all, I called the store to ask about a baby monitor and my registry completion discount - Brenda explained how it worked and how to redeem it etc.. she was super helpful and very kind over the phone. And I have to say VERY patient especially given all the questions I had thrown her way. She also checked on the item I was looking for and even offered to place it on hold, and then she helped me check on other items I was looking for to see if they were in stock. I asked for her name because I really appreciated her service and I also wanted to know until what time she was working so I could go pick up the monitor and not need to re-explain my whole purchase/registry situation to someone new. I came in and she was so great even in person and actually had everything ready for me at the register. Next...Alex then helped me place an online purchase for a highchair they didn't carry in stock. He shared the changes that recently went into effect regarding the bed bath and beyond coupons and when they can be honored or not. Very informative on the changes! I appreciated the update and change to policy. He then made an exception given the circumstance of me not being aware of the new policy changes and graciously applied my coupon and placed my order. I also had a question about the baby powder air freshener smell that resonated in the store and he took me straight to the wall that had the scent packets. Then he helped me with a green sprouts brush and comb set that he researched and found is only an online item now.The people at this location are usually NOT as helpful or willing to be informative to the extent Brenda and Alex were for me during this particular visit, which is why THE BOTH OF THEM deserve a 5 star Yelp review. Because THEY made an impact to my shopping experience, doing what they can to help a new mom out and create less stress. Thank you x1000000!!

One word/person "Joeselle", horrible customer service, accused my gf we changed a paper receipt, when clearly we bought an item 72 hours ago. If I can give this buy buy baby a "zero" star I would. But Maravic was a good associate that backed up my gf.

Poor on time delivery and customer follow through!I bought a set of infant clothing intended for delivery on Christmas. It could have been delivered between 24-28 Dec, however, instead I got a late notification and it now was delayed until Jan 7; 30 days after order. I requested a cancellation and refund and was told that I could not cancel the order, had to wait to take delivery, then return the items. I have since cancelled my account with Buy Buy Baby. Not happy with them...Bye Bye Baby.
