        william the bank manager is very nice. paulette assisted me and my mom with regards to IRA. we have the best customer service with this guys!

        Shotout to William at this branch. I went to Stonestown and Alemany branches today and no one was willing to help me. The employees insisted that what I need will take them an hour and they don't have time. My request was probably not William's responsibility, but as a teller, he made an effort and was able resolve it for me in less than 5 min.
