        While some apartment upgrades are desired to modernize the look, the facilities provides everything that I need. The new property management is quite responsive and it is quite nice to have them available on site. There is a great view of the Daly City from the balconies. The community has been peaceful and quite. The location is close to the freeway. Not much I can complain about unless I am looking for a bigger space.

        Terrace View Apartments is a wonderful place to live. Fair pricing, wonderful management, near Serramonte Mall, Bart, and SFO. Quiet neighborhood and friendly neighbors. Nice size apartment with a great view and pet friendly!
