Don't waste your money for this bad managed, filthy and unreliable running hot water, apt complex.First let me say this apt complex is poorly constructed, you can hear other tenants TV, music and them talking. If you live in a apt that has someone above you it's even worse as it sounds like a donkey stomping on the floor which is your ceiling. Tenants have complained numerous times to Tina the apt complex manager and she refuses to talk to the tenant making the noise.Second, the apt complex is infested with cockroaches and I just heard that a tenant has bed bugs in their unit.Third, packages are constantly being stolen from the mail room and Tina argues with tenants who bring this up to her. The mail room has a camera which half the time isn't working and management won't look into the video to see who is stealing packages. Most tenants don't know they can call Daly City police to investigate.Forth, the hot water is constantly not working, one time it wasn't running twice in one week.Fifth, shady tenants.Sixth, clothes in the laundry room have been stolen out of the dryer.Seventh, bad circulation in the hallways, they constantly smell like fish from tenants cooking food, the smell enters your apt and then sticks to your clothes.These tenants have complained numerous times about these issues but nothing has been done.None of these issues were brought up when myself or other tenants took a walk thru.I feel like there is some type of class action lawsuit that could happen with current and past tenants like myself.

This place is a trap for innocent people who for bad luck end up at this place looking for apartment. The management and the office employees have very nasty and disgusting attitude, specially when tenants need to correct problems related to the rent. The biggest problem is the manager and her crew they offer the studios at different prices depending on the appearance of the person,  If the person doesn't know anything about this place is easy for the salesperson and management to abuse of their abilities to convince innocent people and inflated rent prices, be Aware of "Tina" the general manager and the Maintenance guy who look more like bouncer than janitor they're very rude and disrespectful and show their superiority whenever they have a chance.   This place is one of many buildings owned by the same company, every building has a unique name, when running an investigation on line I found a lot of complaints about this company the management and their crook practices. Some cases are been handled by the court. Be careful in case if you need to step over to this place think about it twice before. Research first don't be an easy target for this "Nasty group of thieves" who loves to show off their ugly and disgusting attitude whenever they feel like doing it. They should treat with respect and dignity their tenants since the building was meant to be for seniors or people older than 55 year old (easy targets for this heinous organization) I hope one day some one can step up and send them to jail and make them to pay for what they have done!

The land where this building sits was previously a undeveloped open space with lots of active flora and fauna, one of the last remaining extensions of San Bruno Mountains in this area outside of the state park. As with the mountainside above this unit, which was also undeveloped and wild, the hill was leveled to accommodate this building, permanently altering the terrain and the skyline of the historic Top of The Hill neighborhood. Units are expensive and for seniors only; many units are vacant. The complex is huge compared to the other buildings in the area. It's a shame to watch what little open space remains be developed by unnecessary housing projects such as this one.
