I installed over 2000 sq. ft. of Shaw prodigy HDR plus material for one of customers she purchased material at prosource and the color was great she was in love with the floor but I'm very sorry to report that this flooring material is very grainy and there's a lot of breakage its very fragile and after it was completely installed the planks continued to disintegrate on the surface there is nicks appearing as time goes by I love Shaw products but this one I will never install again as a professional installer. I feel really bad for my client because they paid a lot of money for this floors I don't recommend this floor

I currently work for Shaw floors in cypress ca It’s a wonderful place to work with lots of opportunity to grow within the company. Management is helpful and try to do their best at keeping everything/ everyone happy. I greatly recommend this place for your future employment..

The whole experience with the Shaw team was disappointing. The floor sample of the waterproof hardwood that I received did not match the flooring that was delivered, and it was impossible to return the flooring. The floor is not as versatile and as high quality as advertised and in fact scratches very easy. Even though the flooring was sold to have “9 protective layers” the top wood layer peels off easy and shows the black rubber underneath. For a floor that is over $5.85 per sft that is extremely dissatisfying. I paid nearly $20.000 for a floor that ended up looking not as pleasing as I hoped and is of underwhelming quality. I purchased Exquisite Floorte Walnut Alabaster. I filed a claim with BBB and will see if the business responds in a profession manner.

DO NOT BUY SHAW FLOORS!!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! After paying nearly $20K for Shaw's newest "Floorte Exquisite" line -(its new waterproof hardwood floor, which is luxury vinyl with hardwood on top "Walnut Alabaster"), and dealing with various issues already during the order and shipping process, I am very disappointed with the floor itself. The floor's product description is incorrect. It is supposedly hardwood. This is incorrect. Its simple plastic. It has a strong wear layer that protects from scratches. Not true. Various floor panels arrived damaged (no refund was offered), and the protective "wear layer" I was told is supposedly "indestructible" was non-existent. Already during installation the floor was scratched, even though it was installed by flooring professionals. There is no protective layer on this floor, that's for sure. It scratches immediately. The flooring material is very cheap. The worse is that is looks like plastic and has no shine. Its totally dull. A huge disappointment for us. I would rip it out if I could afford it. Also, no matter how you clean the floor, it always looks dirty and dull. Shaw floors are among the most expensive floors one can buy. They are not worth the price tag, because the material is cheap and the quality is a joke. When I researched Shaw floors I saw that hundreds of other customers have left reviews all over the internet with similar experiences. I wish I would have read the reviews before ordering this floor. Of course the flooring company were I bought the floor, as well as Shaw did not respond to any of my concerns, and left me eating $20K without any recourse. Shaw doesn't care about its customers, its floors are of cheap quality, and its 'warranty' means nothing. DO NOT BUY SHAW FLOORS!
