Worthless HOA. People there do not work. Only collects $$. Website does not work. They never pick up the phones

Worst property management company ever. Does not get back to you when you call. Also if you do reach them they hang up on you. They damage stuff while trying to fix other things and then dont fix anything

Pretty awful people. They literally hired someone to peek into everyone's windows and take pictures for "HOA Violations." Then, they had the unmitigated gall to send all the photos to EVERYONE in the HOA. Unfreaking believable that this is even legal.

This management company is pretty bad. The rep I spoke with lied several times, claiming they tried to call me and even left several messages regarding damage to my unit. Never happened. After confirming my phone number, when I asked for a screenshot of all these supposed "missed calls" so I can talk to my carrier about it, I just got silence. Gotcha. In addition to that, they don't pick up their phone most of the time, and rarely respond to messages. Furthermore, their "website" hasn't worked for years. More than a bit suspicious. I strongly suspect that even their address isn't even in use. Something is seriously wrong with this organization.There must be some nepotism or cronyism involved in why my HOA does business with these cretins. Tired of the lies and the gaslighting.
