Staples Print & Marketing Services

I have been coming to this store for many years and I'm not going to switch my printing services to FedEX Print shop close by. I don't need to tolerate entitled, insults and over-all rude behavior. I went in to print some copies as I received notice that my copies were ready. When it was my turn, the young man manning the station, was barking at everyone asking for help. I figured he was having a bad day at first, but then he insulted another customer who let him know that I needed some help. There's no excuse for this, so I and another customer spoke the the nice manager who just started at the location in cypress, ca and unfortunately saddled him with the problem. He was very nice, but at a loss for the behavior. Apparently he just started as the Manager and inherited the problems there--which have now become customer problems. He said he would contact his manager about the behavior to resolve it. I'll call corporate to file a complaint because this behavior is entrenched and supported. I will leave the young man's name out of this, but he is a poor representation of the company and a liability. I wish Staples luck, this young man is a bully with major behavioral problems and it reflects on the whole organization. By allowing this bullying, as a company, it's the same thing as saying to your customer that it's accepted. So now, I'll have to go elsewhere to get my print needs done--happily as I choose not to be a part of or support in any way of that ridiculous behavior.

I would give them zero stars, but I can't. Today March 27, 2023 around 5:10 pm I went to print some documents, which I could not print because it was printing them wrong, I had already tried one and it told me that I needed assistance, I asked for help, but everything was canceled, and I girl who works there sent me to another machine but it wasn't printing well either, and I asked for help but the people who are there with long faces, the woman with curly messy hair, told me the copy machines are working but it's not true and it won't print well, she just told me she wanted to argue with me, I asked to speak to the manager and it turns out that the guy with long black hair glasses, he told me that it does print, and I said yes but not correctly, they gave me the option to print one by one, but I bring a lot of material, and I come with my disabled son and you can't sit still for me to stay according to them, to do it page by page. He told me that the only thing he could do is give me my money. It's been a while since the printers don't work, the attitude and their serious without wanting to work and being there, they don't help to give good service, avoid courage and better go to another place, where they want to help you.

I went to the printing section on December 3 at around 1:45 p.m. The person at the printing section is very lazy! He just sat on his chair and did not show me how to operate the photo copier. He was the only person at the printing section. Instead of trying to help me out, he just answered my question with a question. I told him that I need to print and make a copy. He asked me which one do I need to do and I told him that I need to do both. He just pointed the copier machines to me while he was just sitting on his chair. Very rude and lazy!

Awesome same day print services for my wedding! Stopped in to print some last minute stuff for my wedding - the day of & I am so happy with the quality of service. Sarah stays so busy & is the best. Definitely come in knowing what you want & how you want it _ it's a super easy process if you come prepared!
