Im extremely satisfied with the quality of service my son received from this Dental Clinic. Dr. Matsui and her team are so professional and empathetic towards patients with special needs. I want to extend my gratitude to Dental Assistant who also takes care of the front desk. I really appreciated the way you empathized with my son and the personalized care/comfort you offered while he received his treatment, thank you.

Bad experience with my daughter.Staff is nice but Dentist Dr. Matsuy very rude, cut and dry. Has to be more caring and take interest in the pati needs, not just a number and let's pull out every teeth or wantings to saw off the teeth. ??? Handicaps have rights too and the family must feel secure that Family member are in good hands. Too bad that there's not too many Dentist serving our severely handicap members. She yells at customers. Awful!

A to Z Dental is such a special dental office. Every one there is so kind and helpful. My daughter had a difficult time getting her teeth cleaned and they just took her under their wing and got her teeth cleaned. We have no dental issues anymore thats to Dr Matsui is beyond amazing . I drive from the coast just because I believe in them so much & they care. Lastly all I can say is thank you for all you do!!!!!!!

In November I took my son with autism to this clinic
I waited an hour and a half after my appointment time, they finally called my son, my son has autism and does not speak, he had a pain in his tooth, when they took him in for x-ray they did not let me come in with him, ok I accepted and I stood still next to the x-ray room and the owner, Mrs. Katsuko, stood at the door, suddenly my son screamed and I saw that Mrs. Katsuko Matsui took a step inside and screamed loudly.
I went in and my surprise was that the unfortunate woman was hitting my child's feet and telling him not to hit. My son was sitting in the chair and I screamed and he told him, let him go, don't hit him, my son got up, angry, I took him out to the car, my son was crying a lot, I tried to console him and when I saw this lady, she came out to the car and told me to excuse her. did he do to defend his employeesI told him to defend them from what? If you were the crazy one!! Your employees only saw how you hit my son I told him, He only told me sorry sorry I told him the truth and I came home I saw many children with special needs leave that place I don't recommend that place for anything in the world this lady doesn't She should have a license for this. Her service is fatal. She is very sterile and schizophrenic. Be careful, gentlemen, take care of your children. I made the corresponding reports. Thank God, my son is fine.
