Todd is the man. My sister has been with him for years and he never ceases to go above and beyond. He is always there for us and helps us navigate any situation we may have. Greatful!!! You can not go wrong

Very bad customer service. Every time I call them, they make me feel like they charge per word. Bad attitude, I was recommended to them by my mortgage broker and I do not have any intentions of working with them again.

Let me start by saying my experience with Farmers Insurance was a complete nightmare. First and foremost, they canceled my policy without even bothering to inform me. Imagine my shock when I discovered this by chance, leaving me completely exposed and vulnerable. But the incompetence didnt end there. When I reached out to inquire about the sudden cancellation, the agents I spoke with were shockingly rude and unhelpful. Instead of addressing my concerns, they were dismissive and condescending, showing a blatant disregard for customer satisfaction. And as if that wasnt bad enough, they had the audacity to promise callbacks regarding new policy information, which never materialized. Despite repeated attempts to reach them, I was met with nothing but silence and indifference. In summary, my experience with Farmers Insurance was marred by a complete lack of communication, unprofessionalism, and downright disrespect. Save yourself the trouble and steer clear of this company at all costs.
