Marissa was an amazing escrow officer and very attentive to our transaction at all times.Her attention to detail was also very strong and I would definitely recommend her to anyone who wishes to open an escrow for their real estate transaction.

Notice how most of the 5 star reviews below are from realtors and  coordinators, they probably benefits in some way from working with this company as well...my experience with this company has been anything but positive. As a buyer, we did not have the choice (at least we didn't know we had the choice). The seller party chose this company for our purchase transaction. I don't even know where to begin. If you want to be charged for frivolous nonsense fees ($150 email download fee, $100 ups fee) then give them your business. I understand it's a business, but come on!!! Where on Earth do we see $150 for email download?!!! it's my computer and the internet I paid for that do the work... They don't really look out for their customer's benefits. When our transaction closed, I requested them to send the documents to my current address instead of the new address since it's still occupied, the employee from Marquis told us we shouldn't because it's too much trouble... Don't get me wrong, our escrow officer was kind. Just not very helpful. When unreasonableness go too far, it's criminal.

I have used Sandy Jones many many years ago and was very pleased that she came to Marquis Escrow. There is a great team there now. Sandy and Marissa are awesome! Pleasant, efficient and very hard working. They go to my clients homes to sign them up even on weekends and holidays to accommodate my clients signings. Sandy & Marissa always go the extra mile and my clients love them.

As a Transaction coordinator, I have worked with several Escrow Offices and I have to say I love working with Sandy and Marissa. Both ladies work diligently to keep our escrows moving along nicely and always have a pleasant attitude and a smile on their faces. The newest member in the office, Rhonda has been a pleasure and has a wonderful bubbly personality and a great get the job done attitude.  These ladies are great, Thank you for helping to make my job easy.
