Manager at El Paso Airway location feels he can yell and threaten his staff ? Maybe them not knowing better not me as I plan to fill a complaint with Texas workforce on his behavior, actions and diragatory comments.

My Name is Robert Bauer. I was hired as an RM in the Payson AZ location. I have a lot of restraunt experience that was over looked by previous employers. Arby's, Wendy's, McDonalds to name a few. WKS took a chance on my 1 yr after employment with them and promoted me to GM of the Silver City Denny's. It was nice to see someone take my experience into account and give me a dream come true. There is a saying here at WKS, " We succeed by my our guests happy and our people more successful than they ever thought possible." This company doesn't just say it. They live it and they truly want their employees to succeed in this industry. My thanks to April Carr, Dainel Boose, Kym Meyers and Diamond Martin. For giving me the opportunity to fulfill a dream and the hopes of completing many more. This is truly the last place I'll ever want to work.
