        Unreliable AND unprofessional. They will accept more cases than they can manage and ditch Business customers in the last moment. This happened to me in two different locations of Block Advisors. I'll never attempt this ever again.

        Worst location ever. They cancel the appointment 2 hours before the appointment and then tell you they have nothing else available before the Tax deadline. Would never trust people like them.
