If I could give zero starts I would. I was having technical difficulties connecting to a remote computer and asked splashtop top to remote in and help out. Immediately after they were in the PC, fraudulent activity flooded the system. All bank accounts, Amazon and other programs had been hacked. Money was taken out of multiple bank accounts, purchases were made on Amazon and a long list of other awful things that I am not even going to write about. There is no other explanation of how this happened. Do not use this company ever. Worth every penny to use a well known remote access business who has top notch security backing them. Beyond furious.

Had the pleasure of dealing with an online sales rep named Sam and he was excellent. Explained everything and then some. What a great experience after getting the typical "Sales" help from Team Viewer. On with them for 40 minutes and was more confused when I ended the chat. Thanks Splashtop for making Sam part of your team. He certainly is an asset!
