I saw these hair spa videos on TikTok, and found this one in the bay area and tried it out. The building on the outside is a bit run down, but it's nice and clean inside. People are all really nice there. Looked at my hair under the special equipment, and designed the solutions to use during the treatment based on my oily hair type. It felt so good with the water, and the head and should massages. Very relaxing, and my hair felt so light and clean after. She also offers packages of 5 treatments at a discount if you want to treat yourself once in a while and save a bit of cost.

The scalp and hair treatment is truly exceptional. From start to finish, it provides an absolutely delightful experience. The staff has over 20 years of experience, delivers outstanding service. The prices are great, and the work performed is nothing short of amazing. I wholeheartedly recommend this place with a perfect 10/10 rating.

I cannot recommend this service unfortunately. I was there for scalp treatment and person who did massage of the neck scratched my back and its really unpleasant. Also it could get infected. I just came back and noticed it because it is quite painful. Why would you keep your nails long when doing massages and working with scalp/face areas. Also I am unsure how the disinfection process is happening, for example, for that pillow where I put my neck to, when I asked the person in the beginning she acted like she didnt understand the question. I have also clarified if they are estheticians to be offering facials, and they said no. definitely they should be more transparent on cleaning/disinfecting part and also not having long nails when doing when you work with skin and doing massages. The concept is great, but I wish they would pay more attention to important stuff and it also has to be adapted to people with different hair types and structures. It caused breakage to my naturally thin and fragile hair.
