This is our first time buying a house in the United States, and we had absolutely no experience with the American housing market. Jill and Oliver guided us through the entire process, starting from introducing us to the relevant documents for purchasing a home. During the house-hunting phase, they continuously searched for properties that fit our budget and requirements. Most importantly, during the pre-offer stage, they consistently helped us clarify the various conditions of the properties and addressed all our questions. ABSOLUTELY THE BEST!!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Jill Chen and Oliver Huang have great rapport, are knowledgeable about the current housing market, quick communicators, patience, and are very caring relators. They put all of my needs first and responded to any questions or inquiry within minutes. Although they are located in the South Bay, they were willing to help me look in any location within the Bay Area to find my dream home. As soon as we found the one for me, Jill and Oliver took the time (day, night, and weekend) to explain to me different processes, maintain a steady flow of communication between all parties (broker/loan officer/title company/buyers relator), and guided me through a very quick closing (3 weeks).
