Shannon Ellison and Keith Walker of the Walker Team (Intero), and their entire team of professionals ARE AMAZING! Ill try to keep it short, but there is so much to say. The end result brought me over 29 offers in one week (5 preemptive) and the house sold for well over list price, WELL OVER! Im positive this result was only possible because of Shannon and Keiths extensive network and contacts in the business and their experience, knowledge, and drive. They can make things happen very quickly but they are not pushy. Need inspections? Need a contractor? Need a junk hauler? Need landscaping? They coordinated everything for me and got the work done very quickly. Everyone who worked on my house was excellent, very professional, and reasonably priced. When the house was ready to be listed, a SWAT Team of people descended on the house to create a flawless marketing package. The team included a marketing person, photographer, videographer, a floor plan guy, and Shannon and Keith made a great video. All of this was incorporated into the listings on all platforms as well as on the web site they built just for my property. Flawless! They managed numerous private showings and 4 Open Houses in 4 days with mobs of people coming through. When the offers came in, Shannon and Keith worked tirelessly to receive and vet the offers, confirm the funds, etc. Their hard work really paid off! And talk about full service, they were always a phone call, email, or text away. They are so patient (I was a little stressed at times) and took the time to answer any questions I had. They are incredibly talented Realtors and just really nice people. Im so grateful that our friend recommended them to me. Keith and his team have now represented us with 3 housing transactions - twice as a buyer's agent and once as a seller's agent. Each time we have been impressed with his knowledge of the market, the hardworking team, and above all, they are patient, good listeners. Our ideas and needs changed over time, and in every interaction Keith carefully listened and made recommendations to help make our goals real. The whole team is also personable and well connected in the bay area real estate world, so he was able to share more info about agents and offers than what is readily available online to the lay person. They get our highest recommendation!

There are not enough words to describe how awesome it was working with Adam!!! He is so proactive, communicates immediately and very honest when asked his opinion (which I needed as a first time home buyer). I had no clue what I was doing and so grateful Adam was my agent. He patiently walked me through process and answered every single question (I had a lot), went thru the ups and downs with me on this emotional roller coaster and was so sympathetic when something didn't fall thru. Adam has now become family and will definitely be recommending him in the future.

I'm happy to finally be writing this review on the second anniversary of purchasing my house in Santa Clara. Working with Keith and Kris was a fantastic experience.
