Pai-chuan helped us land a great townhouse at a prime location. When we first met him, we had no idea what kind of house we wanted. Pai-chuan patiently brought us to ~20 open houses and explained pros and cons of each one in great details. After we selected the house, he also went to great lengths inspecting the house and making sure the builder fix everything to his satisfaction. With his connections, he helped us with the garage floor painting and moving, among other home improvements. Overall, extremely satisfied working with Pai-chuan and we have already referred him to multiple of our friends.

Pai is an outstanding agent. He is hardworking, diligent and non-pushy. Was very patient with me and gave me an unbiased perspective on things. Very responsive. Clears all your questions. Had a very pleasant and smooth experience buying a home through him. In the hindsight, I think he could have guided me to negotiate a better price as we did have a good leverage since the unit was left behind by an earlier purchaser and the seller was very eager to get rid of it. The market was also going down. But instead I ended up overpaying.
