Serious legal Risk and irresponsible agent and broker! I bought my house through RealtyOne agent, Cindy Chung in 2016. Cindy Failed to check critical permit of 500 sqft with 1.5 bath addition, which causes buyer's loss of $300K. The house we purchased actually only have 1000 sqft legal area but sold to us at 1500 sqft 2.5bath. Seller left private note on MLS to buyer agent, mentioning there is permit issue and ask buyers to check. Cindy does not check permit and never let buyers to check by themselves. During legal mediation in 2019, Broker Duc M Pham and Cindy Chung does not have any response of lawyer legal letter, did nothing to help buyers reduce loss. No compensation, no apology. The house we purchased is around $1M. Broker Duc M Pham and Cindy Chung gained around 20K with rough estimation from my case.

Leslie(Lihong) helped us bought our Cupertino home and sold our Sales homes about 10 yrs ago. We initially did not even want to visit the Cupertino house because it had a pool. Leslie suggested we at least took a look, and we were impressed by the beautiful yard and the condition of the house and decided to buy it, and never regretted since then. The San Jose house also was sold in good price at the time.

Susanna Wong is the most professional agent that we met. She is not those pushing you for higher bid when buying a house but really thinking of what you need and what's right. Even with a crazy market, her strategy alongside decades of experience worked so well to get a good deal for us. Highly recommend her!
