        Awesome helpful staff, if you don't know what it is they will. Very convenient location also. Always nice to support local businesses that have been here in the south bay for a long time. Great inventory, they have almost anything you could want for plumbing. Comparable pricing too.

        They are just a whole seller. I went over there and they would not even talk to me. There are signs all over the shop but none on line. Very disappointing.

      Sorry you wasted a trip and were disappointed. It's worth noting that this is the first thing you see on our website: "Cupertino Supply is a full-service wholesale plumbing supply distributor. We cater exclusively to plumbing contractors, service plumbers, retailers of plumbing products, and other plumbing-related trades. Cupertino Supply is NOT a retail hardware store or showroom. We will never sell retail to DIY homeowners." Again, sorry you wasted a trip, but we do our best to discourage retail visitors before they arrive at our door. Not sure what I can do besides the signs and the info provided on our website.

      Correct. No retail sales, as stated on our website and on the signs at the entrance. Sorry if you wasted a trip, but we're quite devoted to our particular link in the supply chain (wholesale distribution to plumbing professionals).
