    Nina is an outstanding realtor. I loved the fact that she spent a considerable amount of time upfront to understand our wish list and tailored her recommendations to align with what we were looking for. She walked through several houses with us and shared her experience on how to judge a house and a neighborhood. I'd also credit her for being patient; we didn't feel rushed into making an offer. Our home-buying experience was pleasant and we felt we had a friend guiding us through the process with Nina.

    I have had the pleasure of using Nina's services multiple times over the past seven years. Nina has represented me as both a buyer and as a seller. Nina is extremely professional in all that she does and is very knowledgeable with current market trends. During my times using Nina as a purchasing agent, she has been great with obtaining details on the properties which I was interested in, many times which I did not think to ask for myself. As a seller's agent she again made sure that all aspects of the sale were taken care of intricately and that no detail was left untouched. Nina made sure that I completely understood the offers which came in, and absolutely represented my best interests. With the many years of servicing the area Nina also brings to the table a garrison of professional services that she can recommend for any need you have prior, during, or after the contract is written. Personally, I utilized services of several individuals Nina recommended, including a handyman to repair items which I needed done after purchasing my last home. I highly recommend Nina to anyone who are looking to either buy or sell property in the South Bay Area. You will not be disappointed with her service or her results.

    My wife and I cannot recommend Nina in any capacity other than maybe a buyers agent. Even there I heard she tried to get concessions at the 11th hour. The unit was vacated, painted, and staged, so not sure how it may have been damaged. It was an as-is sale so our agent shut that down. The time for negotiation had long past. We hired Nina 8 years ago as property manager. For us, that experience was a failure. Our fault for letting it go that long. She mentioned purchasing our condo, for herself. That was a drama filled failure. Her offer seemed like that of a flipper. We were so far apart, there was nothing to discuss. We interviewed local agents and listed with professional Intero agent Jordan Mott. Nina didn't get the listing, but did end up bringing a buyer at Fair Market Value. One day we were being told the condo is worth $810K, another day we get her clients offer @ over a million. Hmm. No conditions, no downward negotiation, that's where it closed, done. So thank you Nina for bringing us a qualified buyer at FMV. You have little to no contact with a buyers agent, but often interface daily until closing with your listing agent. They spend your money to get the place ready, then negotiate for the best price when a buyer is found. Jordan was a breath of fresh air. He listed out what he was going to do then completed each task efficiently. He kept us informed every step of the way even while vacationing out of town. I wish every contractor out there had Jordan's work ethic. I can't say enough about what a solid professional he was / is.

This review was written by a person that was not an owner of the home in question, nor someone I ever represented in any capacity. None of the statements are accurate giving true information. This is a defamation of character and I may seek legal action.1) My client, who owned a property that I managed as a rental, was very satisfied with my services, that she continued my management agreement for over 8 years and never once had a complaint. 2) An offer was written 4th November 2022 for the property, off market, in its As-Is mostly original condition, no inspections, no commissions, minimal mandatory seller closing costs and minimal stress for the seller, with a price based on a comparable market analysis, and vendor/inspections/staging, escrow title- all quotes provided to owner at that time (November 2022 market was drastically impacted as mortgage interest rates were the highest in over 20 years). Market conditions change with time, and as we’ve seen most recently, they can change drastically overnight. The owner chose not to accept the offer and list the property on the open market, which was fine. 3) The property was listed 3.5 months later, in a drastically different market. I represented a buyer in this transaction and based upon the listing agent saying there were 6 offers, my buyer who really wanted the home, wrote his offer accordingly. 4) It was evident there were a couple items damaged during the escrow period when I did my final walk through with the Buyers, and they were not disclosed or noted in any documents – of course I did my job to negotiate repairs for my clients up to the end. The Listing Agent Jordan Mott stated they would not repair or the Seller even Sign our final walk through, as the property was sold As-Is. Truly, As-Is means As Disclosed, and the damages at the end were not disclosed. The agent didn't "shut me down", My Buyers chose to let it go.This review is evident that I take exceptional care of my clients through the years- always, and till end of transaction and beyond, be they Sellers or Buyers.
